At TheLoopzs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Damaged item received
  • Size issue
  • Printing defect
  • Wrong item delivered

2. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us with clear photos on the same day of delivery.

  • Record a clear video of the issue
  • Share it on WhatsApp on the same day of delivery

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval status.

If your return/refund/exchange is accepted, a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Exchange Policy

If exchange is approved:

  • A Rs. 200 exchange handling/delivery fee will be charged.
  • Our rider will collect the parcel from your address.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will dispatch the replacement product.
